Here's how I recommend you
start one of our studies.

Our current study is in the New Testament book of the First Epistle of Peter. My one and only real recommendation is that you READ the text. Read it over and over. Read it completely and in context. The epistles and gospels of the New Testament were written to be read in one sitting. The chapter and verse markings that we have now are a latter addition to the text (and a useful one in most cases). Nothing can substitute for the continuous reading of scripture in the study of the Bible.
